Kobi, co-founder of Glilot Capital Partners initiated the VC on grounds of his vast and varied professional experience. He has held several high level positions in various companies and is a serial entrepreneur with experience founding, managing, and successfully exiting his companies. Some of the companies in which he has ‘earned his stripes’ include: iWeb Technologies Ltd. (Acquired by Softbank), Infogear Technology (Israel) Ltd. (Acquired by Cisco), Lamda Communication Networks (Acquired by NICE Systems), and Menta Networks Ltd.
Kobi served as an officer in the R&D unit of the IDF Intelligence Corps. He also graduated with high honors from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology where he earned a degree in Computer Science and from Tel Aviv University’s MBA Program, Magna Cum Laude.
Arik co-founder of Glilot Capital Partners has vast experience in the investment, financial and operational aspects of start-ups, including raising venture capital and turning companies public. Some of his past experience includes work at Jerusalem Global, a technology investment bank and venture capital firm, as well as financial leadership positions with Bank Hamizrachi , ECTel, VideoCodes Inc. (acquired by Thomson), and Intercure.
Arik served in an R&D unit of the IDF Intelligence Corps and has a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Secretary England served as the 29th Deputy Secretary of Defense. Prior to that he served as the 72nd and 73rd Secretary of the Navy and was the first Deputy Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
Before joining the US administration, he served as President of the General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) Fort Worth Aircraft Company (later Lockheed), President of the General Dynamics Land Systems Company and as corporate Executive Vice President of General Dynamics Information Systems and Technology Sector, Ground Combat Systems Sector and the International Sector.
Sallai, co-founder of Glilot Capital Partners and Chairman of the General Partner, served until 2009 as Israel’s Ambassador to the United States. During his term, relations between the countries excelled, as exemplified by Americas strategic cooperation with Israel, increased military aid and expanded security-related cooperation vis-a-vis common threats. Sallai’s distinguished career, following an army service as an Intelligence officer, included serving as Chairman of the Jewish Agency for Israel and the World Zionist Organization, as well as acting as an advisor to Israel’s Ministers of Defense and Foreign Affairs.
Sallai was one of Israel’s representatives to the Madrid Conference and the ensuing negotiations, and these leadership positions in the global arena have given him a deep understanding of national security matters, a wide perspective on global trends, and a vast network of relationships around the globe.
Aaron, co-founder of Glilot Capital Partners and Chairman of the Management Company, is a partner in one of the leading Israeli law firms. Prior to joining Glilot Capital Partners, Aaron acted as Director-General of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice. He also served as Director-General and legal advisor of the Jewish Agency for Israel and was legal advisor to the World Zionist Organization, the World Jewish Restitution Organization, and Keren Hayesod.
Aaron brings with him a wealth of knowledge on the government and other public arenas, as well as significant leadership and management experience of large organizations, deep legal expertise and vast international experience.
Batya has a wide acquaintance with the Israeli high-tech and start up scene.
Prior to joining Glilot's team in 2012 she covered both the high-tech and venture capital industry for a decade with Globes, Israel's leading financial daily newspaper. In this role Batya closely followed the start up companies, interviewed the leading local and global venture and high tech executives and frequently chaired and participated in panels of the industry conferences.
Prior to that, Batya was a product manager with Valis (later Axis Mobile) a start up company.
Batya holds a BA in History of science from Tel Aviv University
