With 20+ years of experience in the industry, Ashu has had a significant role in the scalability, growth and success of numerous fast-paced, high-growth companies with leadership roles.
Currently, Ashu leads Cloud Service Operations at RingCentral. He joined the company in 2010 and, as a part of the core leadership team, has been instrumental in transforming the team to an industry-leading world-class organization, delivering five nine reliability to its customers. Formerly as a senior Manager at WebEx/Ciso, he built and managed their System Operations team from the ground up in North America and overseas.
Ashu leads from the front, transforming and optimizing the processes, automation, and keeps focus on innovation to drive the operational cost down while maintaining a high degree of agility within the organization. His relevant longtime tenure is a mix of being leadership focused as well as very hands-on. He never shies away from challenges, in fact, thrives when faced with arduous tasks.
Ashu is also currently serving his third term on the Advisory Board at BirdEye.
