Ian Lee

Ian has over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles, with most of the last 15 years working in the technology sector.

Ian is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and is SVP Finance with Canva, a private design software company. Prior to Canva, Ian was CFO of Skillz, a public mobile gaming company.  He has also held senior finance roles at Airbnb, Atlassian and Trulia, and played a lead role in successfully executing the IPOs of each of these companies. Before moving to the West Coast, Ian spent several years in New York working in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and UBS.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies from the Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand, and an MBA (Finance) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
