Jason Wang

Jason Wang is the Vice President of Engineering at ServiceNow, where he leads the development and strategy for the company’s end-to-end digital solutions across the customer lifecycle, including ServiceNow Impact, the Learning Platform, the Support Platform, the Best Practice Library Platform, and the Success Platform. Previously, Jason oversaw ITx (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/ITBM) and Platform Engineering for ServiceNow’s Digital Technology. 

Before joining ServiceNow, Jason served as Principal Solution Architect at Compuware (Dynatrace division), where he specialized in designing application performance management solutions and helping Fortune 100 companies optimize their software observability strategies. 

With over 20 years of experience in software development, Jason is passionate about architecture design, quality assurance, security, and release management. His extensive background spans leadership roles in product development, systems engineering, and driving innovation in complex enterprise environments. 

Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
