About Timothy Youngblood

Timothy Youngblood is the Chief Information Security Officer for the McDonald’s Corporation leading the company’s global information security organization. Timothy reports to the Executive Vice President of Operations, Digital and Technology, working closely with the McDonald’s Senior Leadership team and the Board to drive information security strategy and operations for the company. Timothy is responsible for overseeing risk management and brand protection on a global scale for the company. Timothy has 30 years of industry experience ranging from Cyber Security Strategy and Operations, Product Security, IT Audit, Disaster Recovery, Technology Risk Assessment, and Management Consulting.  Timothy has served in multiple industries across his career including financial services, healthcare, oil/gas, retail, and manufacturing.

Mr. Timothy Youngblood was Kimberly Clark Corporations (KCC) Chief Information Security Officer.  Timothy lead all cyber security and assurance responsibility for the global footprint of KCC in the 80 countries it operates in.

Prior to KCC, Timothy was the Chief Information Security Officer for Dell, Inc. and has also held leadership roles at KPMG LLP, EDS, and Siemens Medical Services.  He serves on the top security boards in the industry and has been recognized as a top ten CISO leader and 100 top global CISO’s in the industry.

Timothy is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc (ISC2) and holds an undergraduate degree in CIS from Florida A&M University and a Master’s degree in Tech Commercialization/Entrepreneurship from University of Texas at Austin.
