About Tzach Segal
Tzach Segal is Glilot Capital’s Chief Business Officer, responsible for leading the fund’s Advisory Board and supporting portfolio companies with their go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
With over 15 years of global GTM experience, Tzach has a proven track record of building strategic partnerships and scaling alliances. He has led complex global relationships with cloud providers, technology vendors, and consulting partners across sell-with, sell-through, and OEM models.
Before joining Glilot, Tzach was Vice President of Business Development at Cybereason, where he spearheaded strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Google, Sysdig, Okta, Nutanix, and Supermicro. In 2021, he joined Ahoy Insurance, where he developed and led the company’s indirect sales strategy and partner ecosystem. Prior to Ahoy, Tzach played a key role in Splunk’s sales organization, driving GTM efforts with AWS in the Americas. Earlier in his career, as part of HPE’s Corporate Global Strategic Alliance team, he fostered partnerships with AWS and Google and led the global relationship with Red Hat.
Tzach holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco School of Management and a BA in Business Administration from Reichman University.
