Toni Clayton Hine is a Chief Marketing Officer with 25 years of experience in high tech B2B. Her unique perspective comes from having transformed brands and created demand for both hardware and software-centric companies to create new revenue streams and build new routes to market.
Most recently the Senior Vice President, CMO for Xerox Corporation, she was responsible for marketing strategy, redefining the brand, and creating demand for the $11bn Document Technology and Services company. Named one of the Top 100 Women in Branding for 2018, Toni is proud to have delivered a 20% increase in Xerox brand perception and consideration in 12 months, coupled with generating over $100M in new business pipeline and closed business.
Previous roles include go-to-market strategy, offering development and integrated PR, advertising and demand generation programs that added new sources of profitable revenue from Xerox’s Small and Midsize businesses, building the enterprise software business through systems integrators and service providers for CA Technologies, and transitioning the Arcserve brand and portfolio from on-premise data backup to cloud and managed services to capitalize on the evolving needs of the IT buyer and the seller.
